The Tommy Harrell Memorial Scholarship
(Thomas)Warren Harrell, Sr., presents the Second Annual Thomas W. Harrell, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Award to Robert (Bobby) J. Kostinas. This year's scholorship amount was increased to $1,000. Bobby Kostinas, son of Russ and Pam Kostinas, is a 2008 Honor Graduate of Western Branch High School and is attending James Madison University.
